The anchor can be installed as a retro/reroof application or in new construction on low- and high-profile tile and slate roofing material. This is a double D-ring anchor that measures 40” in between the D-rings which allows them be exposed just under the last course of tile. The unique design does not require a conventional flashing system because the anchor does not penetrate the sheeting. It installs with 8 spiral shank stainless steel nails and includes a butyl flashing strip to provide a water-resistant installation. This low-profile strap anchor is aesthetically pleasing and can also be painted to match the roof color.
