Foam-Kote is a polymer modified Portland cement product designed for laminating EPS foam to approved substrates and as a coating for EPS to which various finishes may be applied. Acceptable substrates for Foam- Kote are concrete walls, conventional stucco brown coats or Western 1-Kote.
