Phoenix Plastic Cement is manufactured specifically for the plaster/stucco industry. It meets all the chemical and physical requirements of ASTM C 1328 as well as UBC Standard 25-1 and IBC 2511 and 2512 for plastic (stucco) cement.

In addition, Phoenix Plastic Cement meets all requirements of the current ASTM Specification C 91 and UBC Standard 21-11 and IBC 2103.7 for Type S masonry cement.
